Since 2019, Faith Harvey has been taking the wedding industry by storm! She spent the early part of her career working as a coordinator in Colorado and Arizona, assisting with more than two hundred weddings while building up hundreds of connections with various vendors. While she was building up all of that invaluable experience, she was also trying to find ways to provide out-of-the-box assistance.
In 2026, she saw her chance to do something new. Along with her husband, Danny, she launched Aspen Gold Events to give couples a deliberate approach to wedding planning. Since she founded the company, she has hand-picked and trained a team ready to bring the same level of dedication and passion to the planning process. She stays in charge of most of the details, working with you from the very first inquiry. From there, she can connect you with the right planner on the team, whether that’s herself or one of her knowledgeable employees. No matter what, you can feel confident that Aspen Gold Events is going to create the day of your dreams.
Services
Aspen Gold Events offers a few levels of planning so you can find the option that makes the most sense for your day. Before you make your decision, you can schedule a discovery call. This is going to be an open, obligation-free conversation where they will tell you what they offer. You don’t have to worry about sitting through an uncomfortable sales pitch where they talk at you, trying to get you to sign on the dotted line. Instead, they are going to work to understand your vision and tell you about their services so they can help you decide whether or not they’ll be a good match. If not, they completely get it.
They can point you toward other trusted planners and let this be the end of the conversation. If you do decide they’re right, however, it’ll be time to move on to the next step. Just a few short hours after you hang up the phone, they will draft up a tailored proposal. Once you send it back, it will be time to get started!
They Start A Year Away
About twelve months out, they are going to work with you to get to the bottom of your vision. This is going to include things like the aesthetic, the venue, and any structural decisions. Your designer will work with you to lay out the foundations that you will be able to build the rest of your day upon. They will also create a private planning portal and give you access. Along the way, you will build up your relationship with your planner so they can help you make the best decisions!
Around 8-10 months out, they will start to take your vision and make it tangible. You will dive into the weeds with your planner, advising them on things like the mood board and the design deck. At the same time, your planner is going to work on things like vendor contracts and communications. You are going to be able to make all the creative decisions while they take care of all the nitty-gritty tasks.

About 3-6 months out, their focus is going to shift to coordination. Things are going to come together pretty quickly! You will schedule walk-throughs, work on timelines, and make sure your vendors feel ready for your day. Once you are one month out, nearly all the work will be done so you can just focus on kicking off the celebration.
Once your day arrives, you will have a three-person team ready to make sure it all goes off without a hitch. Their goal is simple: let you be present. You will get to enjoy every moment to its fullest while they keep things moving. You can let them handle any last-minute emergencies and make sure everyone is where they need to be. All you have to do is celebrate.
Specialty
While this team specializes in full-service planning, they do have options for couples who prefer to tackle all of the details themselves. They offer a partial wedding planning and design package that will keep you in full creative control while they deal with all the logistical aspects. With this option, they will carry the weight of the organization while you bring your vision to life.
They also have wedding day management. If you pick this package, you will handle everything up to around a month prior to your wedding. Around 90 days before the date, they will work with you to understand what you want out of your celebration. Then, once that happy day arrives, they will snap into action and keep things moving. They can also help you with a few aspects, such as recommendations and layout creations. You will retain full control while knowing you have the tools to make your entire day come together.
